halloween
was fantastic. we spent time with tim & annabel and trick-or-treaters in
their neighborhood. they were adorable as salt and pepper shakers.
then we
headed to steph’s party. a bubble/smoke machine in the danceroom, a fun photo
booth, and lots of really creative costumes. no one got the coraline reference (wrong crowd, i guess) but together, steph and I looked like
the American flag. her waldo costume was quite unmistakable, however.
after
weeks (months?) of growing out his chops (it was so gradual I didn’t notice
until strangers started commenting on them) eric decided the only costume
choice was wolverine. it's a good thing i had some chipboard lying around for his claws. he finally shaved the chops this morning.
i think i'm going to start wearing the blue wig out to concerts. and maybe grocery shopping. it was so fun! i hope you
